I have a 4 and 5 year old. I'd like to think we've been pretty successful up to this point.
How you deal with conflict will ultimately determine the quality of your relationships.
Communication is the only tool worth using... aside from a well placed hug.
If you even have to raise your voice, step back and think. theres always a better way next time.
