In my opinion these are from Philippines or Indonesia... And it seems like a warm up video for some kind of services that some guys or content shooters on gfy are very aware of - so let them say where these guys are coming from... These are not php developers for sure... although the guys who appeared and did some feminine moves for a while looked like a web designers to me...
