the industry is NOT divided. You simply have too many surfers who pretend to be in the industry voting against anti-piracy laws.
There also is NO threat to first amendment rights in either of these bills.
You have NO right to express yourself by using stolen property. That would be like saying you have a right to earn a living by robbing homes.
