My friend's restaurant does. I don't think I go to any other restaurants that serve wild game like that. My friend's dad took a chopper ride over some wild boar farm so he could inspect it all before he decided to use them as his supplier. Wild boar and venison aren't very common on restaurant menus. It's not like they serve it at Outback Steakhouse.
