unethical charge back to a certain period of time. if you can hear ccbills excuses on those matters it seems like they don't know what they are talking about and just following this simple script written on their notepad just to explain what they have been thought. Well i also have been experience a very hard time with those guys so i don't know if all those transactions made me a lot of liabilities or its just ccbills stuff decisions but don't know what their are doing.
