Funny story, My step father was at work when a fire broke out near my parents home. My stepfather raced home just to find the road blocked and the police said he couldn't go to his home. My mother was there.
My stepfather was driving a 2000 1 ton Dodge 4X4 with a cummins, so he well , made his own road and drove to the house with the cops following. As my step father came into the drive way, there was my mother loading 3 rifles into the back of her car, a hunting rifle and a couple assault rifles that have the proper permits for, the cops decided not to come down the drive way and waited till my mother was ready to leave and escorted them past the fire line.
In court, the judge thru out the case because the police had over stepped their authority.

Carbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants
