I would also argue that we are being "hurried" or "forced" into the DEPENDENCE phase now as the economy is being purposely blown out, industry and jobs are being outsourced and the dollar is being printed into oblivion. The middle class is being utterly destroyed financially. The dependent class is now exploding.
Soon it will be complete BONDAGE, and the elites will NOT unlock their grip on humanity this time. They learned their lesson with WWII Nazi Germany. The Vatican backed Nazi's (who were set on World domination) learned that you can never allow people to escape your clutches. You MUST control ALL states, and only then do you start to squeeze. That leaves no where to run. Another thing they learned was that you ALWAYS turn up the heat slowly, incrementally, so that the frog doesn't sense it and jump out of the pot. That's why the decent into tyranny has been (for the masses) barely perceptible.
