thanks for the other info...can you please explain this? you mean I should get them to work for other cam programs as well apart from livejasmin?
The rest of what you said makes perfect sense...I just have no idea what to tell them in terms of how much they will be working per day and how much they can expect to make. I'm not expecting them to get the hang of it right away
