Seriously though, that seems pretty wrong headed. People yawn when they're chilly, when their brain needs oxygen and when they're sleepy. They could also get goosebumps if they're chilly. Dress warmly and take caffeine followed by sedatives and you're good to go?

Yawning is also associated with being nervous, as you said - big deep breath oxygenates the blood - calms the person.
