OVER OPTIMIZATION means being retarded with your links. Back linking to your own page or pages, linking to irrelevant pages, etc. Google is getting smarter.
Make a site that someone would actually surf. Make something RELEVANT to what the got there for. WIN.
This isn't hard boys. Your black hat days are over. You might be able to trick them for a bit, but why? Make a site they want to see, optimize it exactly according to what you are offering and bingo.
