In Thumblogger, there is something called a 'shared box' in the boxes area. That box is the same html for every single blog made in TL. So for example I'd name that box "links" with 5-10 backlinks and maybe a couple ads then put it in the sidebar of every TL blog that I make so that when I add/change links to that box, I only have to change it once and it changes everywhere. It's kinda like footer links on WPMU setup but with Thumblogger
