I think to keep your site growing your should start either trading or buying more traffic.
You can start trading just using an image toplist (in sidebar, header, footer, near video player) and you won't piss off google with it. I can recommend crystal-scripts.com as very powerful and easy to work with.
To start buying traffic you can launch an affiliate program for webmasters with export tools, as all major players on this market do. But this option is always kinda balancing between "buy" and "sell" prices and you should understand how to resell your traffic for a bigger price (or how to buy for a lower).
