You are not going to fight him, so that really is not an issue. The point is, you have something to hold over him. Let him know that you know and all should be fine. If not, drop a dime on his sorry ass, or tell us and I am sure there will be an investigative reporter knocking on his door within hours. GFY is funny like that.
