It's actually the best-dissolving BCAA I've ever tried. I can't believe how little time I spend shaking the mixer while I'm working out.

If you're referring to the Wal-Mart Creatine and protein mixes that I give to training partners, yes. Much else in that cabinet, and you're talking out of your ass -- also no offense.
