My advice is to call CCBill so they can tracert your IP. Also, run short reports; CCBill should not allow those 2,3,4 year span reports because they will never compile. I use ccbill stats daily and they flat out work. 3rd party stats are huge pain in the ass, cost a lot of money, and do you really want to share your numbers and stats with someone else in the business?
