It seems some supporters on both sides are wrong in ways.
Sounds to me like one fucked up guy killed a young man who did in fact get into trouble himself, apparently stealing jewelery, for example. It doesn't look like self defense so far. It does also look like the media is going for a certain spin, using a picture of from several years ago, rather than a current picture of the wannabe thug.
The shooter probably committed second degree murder. The victim tried to be alittle thug and ended up dying the way thugs tend to die. Sad all around. I'm not sure race has a damn thing to do with any of it. I suppose culturally young black men are more likely to try to be little thugs but it could have just as easily been a little mexican thug or a little white thug. The shooter probably would have chased any thug in a similar situation.
