I had a NDA, patient, trademark and a copy write and our rep company (who manufactured the taking bass) used our molds, with our boxes, with our add copy and sold it to Spenser gifts among others. $10 of thousands in legal with not a dime recovered from the manufacturer/rep company who is alive and doing well in China.
