The thing to do is to first is to reach out to Tim at
http://asacp.org and find out the correct procedure to report CP online. Posting links to suspected CP on GFY isn't really helpful because no one here would click through to any of those links you posted for obvious reasons.
Next, contact any of the content producers you know of and let them know their stuff is being stolen. GFY is ok for that I guess but maybe not all producers login all the time, so emailing them instead might be faster.
