I just logged in to my account in Firefox and exported a PDF statement. It worked fine.
Can you please clear your cache/cookies and relaunch your browser and try again? If you still encounter the error, can you please try using a different browser?
If that still doesn't work, please open a ticket in the Message Center of your account explaining the situation and providing info on the O/S you are using, as well as the browser you tried. Our support team will investigate and assist you.
