We received our payment tonight. If we had just received an email or a note of some sort about delay it would have been appreciated. We didn't hear anything since delivering the job.
The work was more complicated than expected as we were dealing with Chinese and Japanese characters from non-Native English... And Trade Monkey did the stand up thing by compensating us for the effort. We truly appreciate that as we paid the translator yesterday and can now give her a bonus. Her new baby will appreciate it.
