Wikipedia says 3 years, but I know the guys got 7 (or more) for sure. May have hit them with mixed charges. Wiki also says you can be executed if you're a
large underground distributor, whoever defines what that is.
Lots of places you can break the rules in, China is not one of those places unless you really want to tempt fate.
