The mpa2 program doesn't have a content management system built in. This is a webmaster affiliate/per signup/per unique program. And one time billing is not a problem at all. That is something you setup with your processors. The mpa2 program just read the data it gets from the processors. So if you choose to have recurring or not doesn't matter to the mpa2 program
But if I understand you right here you are not looking for a automation program like this, just the opportunity to do cascading billing for your own traffic selling a product like pills or content. Happy news is that we can do that too
