I didn't know there was any drama with Sarah and Fleshlight. Does that explain why she's not around here? I don't think one incident where she fought on the wrong side due to information she didn't have is a terribly high hurdle to overcome, but I never used the program and missed the drama entirely.
Anyway about this thread.. Derek seems to be really posting professionally and it's impossible to not respect that. Just imagine if he were your employee. Wouldn't you want him to keep his cool and make whatever offers he could towards resolution? It's not simple when you're in between the affiliate and the department that the affiliate has a problem with is all I can tell you. I do hope it resolves in everyones favor.
