THIS situation deals with a standard policy in place for many years about what happens when you are already in jail. The NDAA completely overwhelms the constitution and truly makes us a police state.
You idiots that think that "conservatives" want a police state, or "liberals" want a polce state are fooling yourselves badly.
They ALL want a police state.... They ALL want to give themselves (the government), more and more control... They ALL want to grow government and give the political elites control of the money and the power.
