Hey Smut - I totally agree in that you should and MUST get paid (maybe with interest) - and do agreed financially that you have been mistreated. My only question is this - often I see rep's that don't act on their own outside of the company - could Derek simply be following orders when he brings this to his superiors and is merely parroting what they say to him?
If that was the case then it's the company management that's the problem and Derek is caught in the middle never knowing the truth.
