I've never done drugs, so I frankly do not care one way or the other on that.
The penal system is out of control. In can't recall where I had read it now, but in some states the prisons make up the majority of their budgets and it keeps climbing. They are spending more money on locking people up, then healthcare and education.
Fucking nuts.
