I find that hard to believe. I don't care why your going to jail, but you need to be frisked when arrested, and then strip searched at the jail. I can't imagine it any other way.
This is how drugs, weapons, and fucking cell phones get into the prison population.
Sorry, but when your arrested, for any reason, your right to privacy is already long gone.
