By your own statement, you know that Dwreck is not to blame for the current problem you are having with Teen Revenue. I've had the pleasure of meeting Dwreck in the past. He's a good guy and alot of people like him. (Have you ever met him?) Instead of trashing him, why not ask for his help instead? He could probably get the situation resolved quickly for you if you give him the chance. (I'd also start with a public apology if I were you)
