I think I have a clue, regardless of payment or not, you shouldn't be threatening violence or be making personal attacks on an affiliate rep; he has nothing to do with late payments.
The program should pay on time 100% for sure and it sucks but you need to try and control yourself and not act like a child.
Warn people of the issue, ask people for help, call attention to the issue, but you don't need to take it to this level.
