It's funny watching program after program not being able to pay out some small change in a timely manner. Sure you could argue that people shouldn't bitch about a hundred or a few hundred bucks but why the hell can't a program pay that out on time to begin with if it's such a small amount?? I can understand a payment being a week or so late due to some unforeseen issue but when you get over a month it gets a little ridiculous.
