The fact is I don't put a gun on to go to the grocery store. I put a gun on in the morning when I get dressed. By default, that means it's on me when I'm at the grocery store. Doesn't matter if I'm going to the gas station, a hospital, or a wedding. If I go somewhere, like a courthouse, where I am not legally allowed to carry, I keep it locked up in a
NanoVault in my car. When I go to bed at night, that gun goes on my night stand.
I'm so used to carrying, I don't even notice it unless something draws my attention to it. I don't flash it around and I certainly don't get all macho and go looking for confrontations because I think it makes me a bad ass. Most people have no idea I'm carrying and that's the point of CCW. You've been around me a lot over the years. How many times have you noticed the gun on my hip?
