The victims mental age of 12 was determined by doctors, while the shooters mental age of stupid idiot came from his own actions that day.
And yeah I agree about them always identifying a persons skin color or ethnicity in crime stories is useless and kind of ridiculous. Is someone keeping score? Is the guess the race game being supported by the associated press these days? Guess it's one of those things people don't care about because it's part of the regular background noise.
