What part was a sexual assault? You mean the assault by other inmates while she was in jail? The contract does not cover what happens to you when you are off the ship.
I hate to be the bearer of bad tidings, but when you bring drugs onto someone's property you have to be prepared for the consequences; be that sharing them or being arrested. She was in another country, she was stupid. Maybe she can get an episode on Locked Up Abroad to pay for the legal fees.
