There's this company who does take support & service very seriously. So seriously in fact that they have a fully staffed office of non-outsourced developers and support techs that you can even call should you need to. I've heard that they're pretty well used within the industry too. If you'd like to give it a try I know a guy who knows a guy, see sig!
In all seriousness, if you're having issues, we'd love to help you out. If your'e not quite ready to handle all of your own payments, etc. you can even use NATS to power your stats, campaigns, ad tools, etc. while allowing CCBill to continue to handle your payouts.
