More to the point, NATS does provide great support, weekends or late at night, doesn't really matter, there support is great. Nats can be complex, but if you have questions you can just open a ticket.

and they will take the time to answer you.. As an example of this, Two or three weeks ago.. I opened a ticket asking what steps I would need to take in order to change my members login from usernames to email address.. Nats took 12 minutes before they reply to the ticket, asked me some more information.. but they told me how to do it no stress..
There support is killer, and it is just not about fixing broken stuff. There support will help all away around. Which is really nice.

In all seriousness, if you're having issues, we'd love to help you out. If your'e not quite ready to handle all of your own payments, etc. you can even use NATS to power your stats, campaigns, ad tools, etc. while allowing CCBill to continue to handle your payouts.
