I have a friend (The air traffic guy) that makes decent money there and he was complaining about the rent being so much. I think him and his gf pay like 2k a month for their place. That's like half of what I would be making without taxes
. I think they live in Kendall. They just told me they are near 137th and 120th but I have no clue where that is or the type of neighborhood. Maybe they are just in an expensive area.
I have some family I can stay with for a short time there and I will prob take them up on the offer and just look carefully at my options. Just wanted to be sure I wouldn't be stuck there lol.
