What has this got to do with Freedom of Speech? No one can stop him from saying it, but the company is free to hire or fire whomever they want. I never understand how people can confuse government censorship with the freedom of a company to fire someone, or for that matter, the freedom of customers to boycott a company for speech that they don't like.
