Get a smart scale. Not only does it measure you weight but it also shows you your BMI and Fat. I have one that reports to my iPhone and Tracy and I use it all the time. Tracking the results give you easy goals to reach. Best of all, results of eating better and jogging or biking a little show results quickly. Even if the results are small the boost is enough to make you want to keep going.
