Getting targeted traffic to your blogs is the hard part, blogging is easy..
Work at backlinking to related blogs, submit to good blog directories, hand submit to G, Yahoo, Bing, use bulkping.com, Linkspun, learn keyword research, work at good selling text, etc.
I'm not giving away too much anymore, apparently people hate it when I do that..
