yeah 1.3 is the older version. next one is 2.0 which is great. Nope, it is not free, it cost as far as I remember 50 usd. But I can upgrade it first and sell it with discount. I bought it for the one website that I never worked on. So the domain expired and the script licence is what I have now. I asked the script owner and he agreed that I can sell it with discount so everything is clean and safe just you can have an extra discount on it...
