He claims that he'll be depositing funds into my Paxum account on Tuesday morning after his bank can process the stop order on the check that was likely never sent in the first place. Ha! Naturally, I let him know that a promise of payment at this point is a non-event that means nothing. Absolutely nothing, zilch, nada, and that I would prefer it if he were to just deposit the funds into my Paxum account immediately. So we'll see what happens next. All I can say for certain is that I've given myself free reign to do whatever I want at his expense until the payment is received in full so hopefully I won't be feeling too vindictive this weekend.
