anybody else getting problems loading the main homepage, ccbill.com

I keep getting pushed to a redirect http://www.ccbill.com/403.shtml

Been like it for 3 days, sales dropped 65% at the same time, i've reported it but they believe it is a local issue to me, so anyone else?
