Yes, for younger men. But once you reach a certain age...your body just will not produce it at a level to keep you fit and feeling good anymore no matter what you do.
Walking and excercise will give you a natural testosterone boost as well. Problem is...it's very short-lived. A few hours later and your free test levels are back to girl levels.
That's why testosterone replacement can really make a huge difference in your life as you age. And when I say "age" I'm talking about most guys over 40. Still young...but not feeling or looking it because of a lack of testosterone.
Anybody under 40 should stay away from doing it.
I personally started when I was 34. But I was doing some things that required me to have a ripped up physique at the time. But now that I'm 50? I can't imagine what life would be like without having proper testosterone levels.
