It's fixed. One of our servers urgently needed to be replaced because it had some technical issues and because the Nats licenses are issues by Mac address the license on this particular server stopped working. Luckily the traffic is spread over many servers, so only a small fraction of the traffic was affected by this. We will however put protocols in place to make sure this can not happen again in the future.
