Sorry, I hope I did not sound offensive or anything towards that neighborhood.
Things were kind of worn down in the front side of that neighborhood where the pats were but some of the back areas were ok.
The house I linked to was by Robinson high school, farther away from you. Back when I was younger and growing up there it was considered a troublesome area (early 80's to mid 90's). As stated above it may have changed a lot since then, been a while.
If I remember correctly, on your side things were nicer until you hit like Interbay blvd area but I could be wrong.
