I'm looking for a productive ST Template with a header and some areas for ads and toplist section. I also would like to have a section on bottom for niche links out.

I like how sexocean.com shows thumbs and the link with # of thumbs or movs are under each thumb. I would like to have that on my template as well.
I use TradePulse and Smart Thumbs.
Header should include like a webcam icon and dating personals icon that i can hotlink to sponsors.

Not a huge budget here so maybe i need to outsource to phillipines or manilla.. dynamix and kingdezign are good.
