as for juicyads I think they pay more for West European traffic comparing to US/CA
for example after quick test:
US 2.1$ CPM
CA 1.9$ CPM
RU 0.4$ CPM
NL 3$ cpm
IT + DE 2.2$ CPM
GR 0.70$
other 3rd tier countries are mostly 0.4$ or 0.20$
India is 0.2$
