Most women are chicken brains and they need guidance and a guy like me has no problem with this, they see me as their "leader" anyway. I am new to the business and found it strange that livejasmin.com offer their master account owners no protection at all and that it is so very very obvious to models that they do not need their "masters" all they have to do is go to the homepage of livejasmin.com and see "models wanted"....
In defense of livejasmin.com they did say that they will pass on my suggestion to their developers and I guess I will be giving them a call in a few months to see if they are now offering adequate protection for their business partners.

You won't be able to keep 100% of the girls forever. You have to swallow that right now. You may lose some big money makers. But the GREAT thing about dealing with models is,
new ones turn 18 every single day. Don't sweat the things you can't control. But always be on the grind looking for new models.
The current models seeing the new ones coming in may create some healthy competition, as well as the competition that already stands between the current girls. Girls are very competitive. Create a situation where they can earn extra money by being the best. Post it on a wall so all the girls see it daily and most of them will strive to not be out done by the other girls. List them in order of money earned and reward the top girl with something nice like 10 - 20% more pay for that period. Then drop the lowest girl by 10 - 20%. Or adjust all their pay based on ranking for that period. Lots of options. They all want to be the best. Reward those who are. It will keep them hungry.
