I'm just stumped now... not sure what to do. Is it possible the vids don't play correctly for overseas surfers?
Here is a response from host support:
"We have checked our network each
time and we have not found issues. However, we understand it could be a node
outside of our network. We can investigate this further, but we will need your
assistance on this. Please submit the following details:
Source IP (This is the IP from your computer, or the location of whomever is
seeing issues)
Destination IP (This is the IP of the server in question)
In addition, we will also need your trace route results as well as an extended
ping test. For your convenience, here are the commands for the trace route and
extended ping test:
tracert xxx.xx.xx.xxxx (Windows)
traceroute xxx.xx.xx.xxx (Linux)
ping -n 100 xxx.xx.xx.xxx (Windows)
ping -c 100 xxx.xx.xx.xxx (Linux)
Please let us know if you have any further questions or comments. We will await
your reply. Thank you."
I don't expect anyone to go through all those motions but for 2 1/2 weeks something is up... I need to find out what it is. Sudden drop in sales since the first is the problem.
