If I wanted to see all that pointless crap, I'd have a second monitor so I can glance over. Plus, once you get into using shit like that, there's a need to keep everything 100% clean all the time and it takes away from productivity. I already lose enough time coming here to mouth off. If you're really working there is no room for that fancy iRobot interface shit. Every webmaster should have at least a dozen folders and program shortcuts on his desktop, along with a couple of untitled text files... AT LEAST.  |
I agree about the weather apps etc but I like that mp3 player on the desktop.
I would prob put a setup like this on a laptop I don't use for work but I don't think I could have everything on the work desktop either.
Everyone is different though your way, my way, and eddys way prob work the best for us which is why we do it.
